Sound Bath - Root and Restore

An hour-long autumn sound bath with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and gong at St Matthew's Community Centre in Rainham.

Root & Restore is a guided sound bath inspired by the quieter energy of late autumn, focusing on grounding, releasing stress and making space for rest. Participants are led into relaxation and then immersed in sounds and vibrations from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gong and other therapeutic instruments. No experience is needed; attendees bring a mat, blanket and cushion and simply lie back for the hour-long session. Doors open at 7:20pm and there is no entry after the 7:30pm start.
