Sourdough Workshop

A 2.5-hour hands-on workshop teaching participants how to make and maintain their own sourdough starter and bake loaves.

This workshop covers the origins, history, and health benefits of sourdough. Participants will learn how to make and maintain their own starter from scratch and how to bake sourdough loaves in a domestic oven. The session includes hands-on learning, a sourdough scraper, a sourdough loaf to take away, a starter to continue baking at home, and a light supper with sourdough tasters.
