Chinese Takeaway Classics (3hr)

Learn to make prawn toast, wontons, black-bean beef and special fried rice in a practical Chinese cooking class.

This 3-hour session at the Covent Garden school develops cooking skills through the published menu. Participants have their own preparation space and share cooking at the hob in pairs. The course is open to beginners as well as people with cooking experience.
