Full Day Chinese Banquet

A full-day Chinese cooking course preparing dumplings, noodles, spicy beef, steamed sea bass, green beans and Fujian fried rice.

This 5-hour session at the Covent Garden school develops cooking skills through the published menu. Participants have their own preparation space and share cooking at the hob in pairs. The course is open to beginners as well as people with cooking experience. Contact the school in advance to discuss allergies and dietary requirements.
