Thai Regional Cuisine Masterclass (3hr)

Explore regional Thai dishes through northern curry and laab, a Bangkok crab omelette and khao yum rice salad.

This 3-hour session at the Covent Garden school develops cooking skills through the published menu. Participants have their own preparation space and share cooking at the hob in pairs.
