Light Up
About
Two free late-night evenings of light artworks, glow-in-the-dark screen printing and an immersive exhibition as part of Wakefield's Light Up festival.
Over two late evenings The Art House hosts glow-in-the-dark creative activities as part of Wakefield's Light Up festival. Visitors can drop into the Print Studio from 16:00 to 19:00 to screen print a phosphorescent poster, then walk through a new immersive light installation by Seiko Kinoshita. The programme also marks the launch of the exhibition Seiko Kinoshita – Distant: Shared Memories of Home, combining sculpture, mixed reality and audio, alongside the Makers Wonderland festive showcase. The coffee house serves winter drinks and festive treats throughout.
