A three-hour craft workshop making personalised felt Christmas people and animals with embroidery, beads and sequins, suitable for all abilities.

This afternoon workshop at the Guildford Institute teaches participants to make simple felt people and animals for decorating the home and Christmas tree. Working from provided templates, tutor Hilary Underwood encourages attendees to modify and personalise their creations with simple embroidery, beads and sequins. The techniques learned can then be reused at home in craft sessions with children and grandchildren. The session is suitable for all abilities and materials are provided.
