Heart Meditation and Yoga Nidra Eve

An evening of heart-centred meditation, mantra chanting and Yoga Nidra relaxation led by Harshani Ma at a countryside venue in Stoke Albany.

Harshani Ma, an international yoga teacher trainer and heart meditation facilitator, leads a 90-minute evening combining heart-centred meditation and mantra chants with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra relaxation. The session takes place at the Roundhouse Haven, a countryside venue in Leicestershire, and is open to all ages with no previous experience needed. Mats are provided, though attendees are encouraged to bring their own padded mat, blanket, pillow and water. Places are limited and advance booking is essential.
