A hands-on baking workshop at Stoneham Bakehouse teaching participants to make Swedish cinnamon buns and Finnish cardamom rolls.
This evening workshop at Stoneham Bakehouse CIC in Hove teaches participants to bake Scandinavian buns. Attendees make Swedish cinnamon buns (Kanelbullar) and Finnish cardamom rolls (Korvapuusti), classic accompaniments to a coffee break. The session runs two and a half hours, and participants leave with recipes, baking advice and their own batch of buns. It is open to ages 16 and over.
