Cocoon Sound/Gong Bath

A 75-minute immersive sound bath at Sacred Earth Sanctuary where participants rest cocooned in blankets or hammocks amid gong and chime vibrations.

Participants are wrapped in blankets, bolsters or yoga hammocks to form a private sensory cocoon, then bathed in sound from gongs, singing bowls, chimes and drums. The session runs for 75 minutes, beginning with settling in and setting an intention, followed by waves of resonant sound and a gentle grounding close. Under-16s may attend with a parent or guardian.
