Pyramid Sound Bath Infused with Sekhem Reiki

A one-hour sound bath combining crystal bowls, gongs and Sekhem Reiki healing, led by sound therapist Nathalie Carden.

This evening session offers a sound bath infused with Sekhem Reiki, described as an ancient Egyptian high-vibrational healing modality. Participants lie down while crystal bowls, gongs and light language create the soundscape, and are asked to bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and optional eye mask. The session lasts one hour and is for ages 18 and over; it is not recommended for people with tinnitus, sound-related epilepsy or those in the first trimester of pregnancy. It is led by Nathalie Carden of Zen Sound Healing, a qualified sound therapist, Sekhem Reiki practitioner, gong master and shamanic practitioner.
