Practise enriched dough with classic brioche, lemon-curd Belgian buns and spinach-and-cheese buns.
The workshop welcomes bakers of all experience levels. Participants must be at least 12, and anyone under 18 must attend with a paying adult. Recipes cannot be adapted through ingredient substitutions; ask the school about allergens before booking.
