Pumpkin Pie Making by Pink Lane Bakery

This is a hands-on evening class where participants learn the art of creating delicious pumpkin pies from scratch.

Attendees will learn how to create a buttery sweet pastry and prepare a smooth, velvety pumpkin filling, delicately spiced with warming autumn flavours. The course covers techniques from mixing and rolling the dough to baking a beautifully crisp golden crust. This hands-on class is held in a fully kitted out training workshop and lasts for two hours. Participants take home everything they have made, along with recipes.
