Deep Relaxation Evening Sound Bath, Dunston

Peter Ison runs a monthly sound bath session designed to help people relax and unwind. The two-hour evening includes roughly an hour of sound bath, where participants lie on a mat or sit in a reclining chair while gongs and other instruments are played to encourage deep relaxation, plus a crystal to take home, a hot drink and time to chat. Attendees are asked to bring a mat, pillow, blanket and warm socks; sessions are for ages 14 and up, with some health conditions not suitable.
