Floating Sound Bath - Dunholme

A one-hour floating sound bath at a private pool in Dunholme, with participants relaxing on mattresses on the water while soothing sounds are played.

Tula Therapy hosts an hour-long floating sound bath at a warm, intimate pool in the village of Dunholme. Attendees float on provided mattresses in the pool area while a gentle sound bath is played using instruments including a gong, tubes and chimes, beginning with a short guided settling meditation. Eye masks are provided and a qualified lifeguard is present throughout; participants are asked to bring a blanket, pillow and comfortable clothing or swimwear, though they will not enter the water. The session is for ages 18 and over.
