Parkinsons Dance (Autumn 26)

A creative and social dance class designed for individuals with Parkinson's, adapted to all abilities.

This class is a Pavilion Dance South West roll-out session, providing a fun and creative space for movement. It is adapted to the ability of participants and can be done seated or standing. Taught by experienced tutors, the class aims to empower bodies and minds to move and invent. Carers and family members are welcome and attend free of charge.
