How to Survive the Festive Season – Half Day Course and Optional Delicious Three Course Thai Meal
About
A half-day meditation course offering practical ways to stay calm and balanced over Christmas, with an optional three-course Thai meal afterwards.
This half-day course explores how to manage stress and emotional overwhelm during the festive season, letting go of unrealistic expectations and staying peaceful in challenging family situations through practical meditations. It runs from 10am until about 1.30pm and is taught by Gen Kelsang Lhachog, Resident Teacher at Uma Kadampa Meditation Centre. Afterwards, participants can optionally stay for a homemade three-course Thai meal prepared by volunteers, available for an additional charge when booking.
