Sushi & Sake

A hands-on sushi-making masterclass at Blackfriars Cookery School with sake, teaching techniques for maki, nigiri and summer rolls.

A hands-on evening at Blackfriars Cookery School where a cookery school teacher guides participants through core sushi techniques and variations such as tuna maki, scallop nigiri and salmon summer roll. The session includes three glasses of sake and as much sushi as participants can make and eat, with enough to take home. Suitable for gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan diets; aprons are provided.
