A hands-on sushi-making workshop with chef Yui Miles, teaching sushi rice, vinegar and Nigiri, Maki and Tamagoyaki.
This workshop at the Food Hub Cookery School teaches the art of sushi making, from cooking perfect sushi rice and making sushi vinegar to shaping Nigiri, Maki and Tamagoyaki. Chef Yui Miles leads practical and demonstration cookery sessions with tips and tricks throughout, and participants receive easy-to-follow recipes to replicate at home. The class runs from 10am to 12.15pm and includes refreshments, with all ingredients and equipment provided.
