Sushi Making Class (3hr)

Learn sushi rice preparation and wrapping techniques for hosomaki, temaki and uramaki, alongside gyoza.

This 3-hour session at the Covent Garden school develops cooking skills through the published menu. Participants have their own preparation space and share cooking at the hob in pairs. The course is open to beginners as well as people with cooking experience. Contact the school in advance to discuss allergies and dietary requirements.
