Geometry Workshop - Family Friendly

A 90-minute family-friendly workshop with Samira Mian drawing, colouring and building Islamic geometric patterns at Cambridge Central Mosque.

Samira Mian leads a 90-minute hands-on session rooted in the beauty and precision of Islamic geometric patterns. Participants choose from a range of templates and grids to draw, sketch, colour or build their own geometric designs inspired by the architecture of the Islamic Lands. The workshop is open to all regardless of faith, for ages 15 and up, with children accompanied by a parent or caregiver throughout. It is supported by The School of Calligraphy and Ornamentation (SOCO), an art school in Fujairah, UAE.
