Rachel Bryant hosts a 75-minute full moon sound bath combining ceremony, guided meditation and visualisation, journalling prompts, oracle cards and aromatherapy oils, culminating in a crystal singing bowl sound journey. The evening is framed around the full moon as a moment to reflect, release what no longer serves and set intentions for the coming cycle. No prior meditation or sound bath experience is needed; attendees are asked to bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion and journal. Doors open at 19:50 and the session is for ages 14+.
