December Moving through Grief workshop: Finding Hope Again

A supportive and empowering workshop exploring the journey from grief to love, focusing on emotional release and reconnection with the body.

This workshop provides a safe space for women to explore grief in all its forms, including loss of a relationship, health, identity, or life direction. The session begins with an exploration of grief theory and emotions, followed by grief movement, breathwork, journaling, and sound therapy. The workshop concludes with a gentle meditation and a relaxing sound bath to help integrate the experience.
