A full-day Chinese banquet course featuring crispy pork belly, Fujian rice, greens, Hunan beef, chow mein and sweet-and-sour aubergine.

This 5-hour session at the Covent Garden school develops cooking skills through the published menu. Participants have their own preparation space and share cooking at the hob in pairs.
