Cyanotype Printing
About
Make blue cyanotype prints using paper, daylight, UV light and everyday objects.
Participants learn to coat paper, expose images with daylight and UV light, and experiment with wet and dry cyanotype methods. The workshop covers photograms, plant and flower shapes, negatives and marks on acetate. Tools and materials for paper and textile printing are included; you may bring pale papers or found objects to try. Katherine can advise on suitable objects. Tea and coffee are provided; bring your own lunch and utensils. The class is aimed at people over 16. Younger crafters may be accommodated with a participating adult; contact the school before booking.
