About
Prepare beef bibimbap, kimchi pancakes and gochujang sauce, and make kimchi to ferment at home.
This 3-hour session at the Covent Garden school develops cooking skills through the published menu. Participants have their own preparation space and share cooking at the hob in pairs. Contact the school in advance to discuss allergies and dietary requirements.
