Seafood and Fish Cookery Course (3hr)

Practise seafood preparation through kung pao prawns, salt-and-pepper squid and steamed sea bass, served with egg fried rice.

This 3-hour session at the Covent Garden school develops cooking skills through the published menu. Participants have their own preparation space and share cooking at the hob in pairs. Contact the school in advance to discuss allergies and dietary requirements.
