Chinese Banquet (3hr)

Prepare crispy pork belly, lor mai fan fried rice, Sichuan aubergine and minced filling served in lettuce cups.

This 3-hour session at the Covent Garden school develops cooking skills through the published menu. Participants have their own preparation space and share cooking at the hob in pairs.
