Seasonal outdoor wellbeing workshops at Hever Castle's private woodland, led by certified Forest Bathing guide Tansy Jane Dowman.

Nurture in Nature is a series of three-hour outdoor wellbeing workshops held in a private woodland at Hever Castle and Gardens. Each session combines Qigong-inspired mindful movement, Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku), gentle reflection and time around a firepit, with each workshop inspired by the changing seasons. The sessions are suitable for anyone aged 18 and over and no previous experience is required.
