Sound Bath Lindfield

A relaxing hour-long sound bath with gongs, bowls and chimes at King Edward Hall in Lindfield, suitable for all ages.

Dervla Goldie leads a restorative sound bath at King Edward Hall in Lindfield, using gongs, sound bowls, chimes and other instruments to guide participants into deep relaxation. Attendees lie on the floor for nearly an hour and are asked to bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion and eye mask to make themselves comfortable. The session is open to all ages, with medical contraindications listed for conditions such as epilepsy, pregnancy and certain heart or mental health issues.
