Christmas glass painting

A relaxed glass-painting workshop at Shrewsbury Library where participants create a festive stained-glass-effect Christmas design to take home framed.

Shrewsbury Arts & Crafts hosts a morning glass-painting workshop at Shrewsbury Library, using gold or black outliner and jewel-like glass paints to create a festive Christmas design with a stained-glass effect. Participants take home their own framed artwork, suitable as a handmade gift or decoration. No experience is needed and all materials are provided; the session runs two and a half hours and is open to ages 16+. Tutor Emma Williams, a local artist known for her window displays and murals, leads the small-group session with an emphasis on creativity and wellbeing.
