How to Let Go of Insecurity
About
A half-day Buddhist meditation course in Canterbury exploring how to overcome insecurity and develop authentic self-confidence through teachings and guided meditation.
Kadampa Meditation Centre Kent hosts this half-day course on letting go of insecurity, framed from a Buddhist perspective as a habit of mind rather than our true nature. Through teachings and guided meditation led by senior teacher Chelvi, participants explore how self-doubt and comparison arise from a limited view of themselves and how loosening that view opens the way to confidence and inner peace. The afternoon runs from 2pm to 5pm with registration at 1.40pm, two teaching sessions and a break, and is open to beginners and experienced meditators alike.
