Embroidery

Learn embroidery stitches and use them to create designs on fabric.

This four-day course includes beginner projects in running and split stitch, with choices such as a paisley teardrop, heart sampler, crewelwork thistle, blackwork floral design or canvas-work sampler. Susie supplies hoops or frames, fabric, threads, needles and scissors. Bring reading glasses or a magnifier if you use one for close work; guests may bring their own hoops or scissors.
