About
Make and pipe choux pastry for Paris-Brest, chocolate éclairs and cream choux with craquelin. The 180-minute session is for 16 years and over. Arrive 15 minutes before the published start and wear closed shoes. A Comptoir apron is included. A coffee-menu welcome drink is included; matcha is excluded. A sweet treat is provided during the break. Published allergens: dairy, egg, gluten, nuts. The source warns of possible traces of nuts, sesame, gluten, milk, eggs, mustard and soya.
