Sue Prosser leads a Hatha yoga class in The Studio, focusing on classical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayamas) and meditation. The hour-long session aims to improve physical health and fitness while reducing stress, in a safe and progressive format catering for beginners through to improvers. Exercises can be adapted to a seated position for those with health conditions such as arthritis; participants should bring their own yoga mat.
