Full Day Thai Cuisine

A full-day Thai course preparing papaya salad, grilled pork, green curry, pad Thai, coconut rice and mango sticky rice.

This 5-hour session at the Covent Garden school develops cooking skills through the published menu. Participants have their own preparation space and share cooking at the hob in pairs. Contact the school in advance to discuss allergies and dietary requirements.
