A hands-on Italian cookery course led by Chef Anya Holmes at The Food Hub, focusing on authentic Italian techniques and cuisine.
This relaxed, hands-on course is designed to give participants the skills and confidence to make fantastic Italian food from scratch. Working alongside Anya, you will learn to make silky fresh pasta dough by hand, roll and shape pasta, and prepare delicious fillings and sauces. The day includes cooking a generous Italian feast, practical and demonstration sessions, lunch, and refreshments.
