Cookery Club: Curry Masterclass
About
A hands-on evening cookery class at The Food Hub learning to build authentic Indian curry flavours, cooking and eating a selection of dishes together.
This two-hour evening course at The Food Hub explores the spices, ingredients and techniques behind Indian cooking, suitable for beginners and confident cooks alike. Participants work alongside chef Anya Holmes to use whole and ground spices, temper and sauté for flavour, and cook dishes from scratch such as fragrant chicken curry, tarka dal, spiced vegetables, homemade flatbreads and fresh chutney or raita. The session combines practical and demonstration cookery before everyone sits down to enjoy the food they have made. All ingredients, equipment, recipes and refreshments are provided.
