Yui Miles, a MasterChef UK 2019 quarterfinalist and winner of Channel 4's Beat the Chef, leads this full-day Thai cookery course running from 10am to 3pm. The day combines practical and demonstration cookery sessions, with recipes that may include prawn pad thai, railway fried rice, massaman curry with chicken and crying tiger steak with spicy dipping sauce. All ingredients, equipment and recipes are provided, along with lunch and refreshments, and the class is suitable for all abilities.
