A hands-on Middle Eastern cookery day with chef Anya Holmes, from 10am to 3pm, including lunch of the dishes prepared.
A hands-on cookery day at the Food Hub Cookery School exploring Middle Eastern ingredients such as za'atar, sumac, tahini, harissa and pomegranate molasses. Participants cook a selection of dishes, including falafel, muhammara, baharat-spiced chicken, pomegranate salmon and baklava, through a mix of practical sessions and demonstrations. The day runs from 10am to 3pm and is suitable for beginners and confident home cooks alike, ending with a lunch of the dishes prepared.
