A hands-on vegetarian cookery day with chef Anya Holmes, cooking seasonal vegetable dishes from tagine to tarte tatin.

A hands-on vegetarian cookery course at The Food Hub making vegetables the centrepiece of the plate, using bold flavours, varied textures and simple techniques. Participants cook and watch demonstrations, with dishes that may include Moroccan root vegetable tagine, caramelised balsamic onion tarte tatin, stuffed grilled courgette rolls and miso-glazed aubergine. The day runs 10am to 3pm and includes lunch, refreshments, ingredients, equipment and recipes to take home.
