Beginner's Woodwork Course - Make a Serving Tray

A six-hour beginner woodwork course at The Great British Woodshop where participants build a wooden serving tray using basic power tools.

This beginner-friendly course teaches participants to build a practical wooden serving tray using basic power tools. Working from a drawing, attendees cut materials to size with a power mitre saw to create mitre joints, use the router table and templates to shape the tray ends, and cut grooves for the tray bottom. The session finishes with gluing and assembling the project ready for staining or painting.
