Japanese Cuisine Masterclass (3hr)

Make gyoza and chicken katsu curry, with sesame-dressed broccoli and rice, while practising Japanese cooking techniques.

This 3-hour session at the Covent Garden school develops cooking skills through the published menu. Participants have their own preparation space and share cooking at the hob in pairs.
