French Stage 1C

A 12-week beginner French course at the Mary Ward Centre in Stratford, meeting on Tuesday afternoons and covering speaking, listening, reading and writing.

French Stage 1C is a 12-week beginners course for learners with little or no previous knowledge of French, taught by Raymond Kouassi. Weekly two-hour sessions use practical activities, short dialogues and everyday situations to build core vocabulary, basic grammar, pronunciation and simple conversational skills. The course is open to complete beginners, returning learners and travellers, and forms the third stage of the centre's year-long French programme. Students are asked to bring Grammaire progressive du français – Débutant.
