Midwinter's Magical Quest is a festive family trail celebrating ancient winter traditions, from Roman Saturnalia to British midwinter folklore. Visitors follow a quest around the farm, meeting characters including the Holly King, the Deer Queen and Felix the Saturnalia slave, with make-and-take crafts in each house and storytelling in the Realm of Winter Wishes. The farm is open 10am to 3pm with last entry at 1:30pm, and the trail takes around two hours to complete.
