About
Learn how lamb changes with the seasons and practise preparing autumn cuts in a hands-on butchery class.
The November class works with the leg, including separating the chump and shank, preparing meat for a garlic-and-rosemary roast and boning the rump. Participants take their prepared lamb home and share a two-course dinner with wine. The official class terms specify participants over18 and Challenge25 photo-ID checks. Dietary needs should be discussed with the organiser before booking.
