About
A free public talk in which ceramic sculptor Irina Razumovskaya discusses working with clay with art historian Lara Pucci.
Part of CONTEMPORARY X ART HISTORIES, a collaboration between the University of Nottingham and Nottingham Contemporary, this talk centres on clay as a material. Ceramic sculptor Irina Razumovskaya reflects on her practice as both artist and educator, in conversation with art historian Lara Pucci. The discussion explores clay's physical properties and its capacity to unite makers, considering what it means to work with a material rooted in place yet transcending cultures. The event lasts 90 minutes and takes place in The Space.
