Relaxed Gong Bath With Jenn

A one-hour gong bath sound meditation led by Jenn at Tilgate Recreation Centre in Crawley.

Participants lie down comfortably while practitioner Jenn plays gongs and other complementary instruments, with the vibrations creating an immersive, meditative experience. The session is promoted for benefits including stress reduction, better sleep, emotional release, improved concentration, pain relief and spiritual growth. It runs for one hour at Hut 3, Tilgate Recreation Centre.
