Crystal Bowls Sound Bath

A one-hour crystal singing bowl sound bath with breathwork and guided meditation at Hut 3, Tilgate Recreation Centre, Crawley.

This hour-long session begins with calming breathwork to settle the nervous system, followed by a guided meditation to quieten the mind. Participants then lie back and receive a crystal bowl sound bath, with the resonant frequencies and vibrations of the singing bowls washing over them. The session is pitched at promoting deep relaxation, emotional release and a sense of grounding, and no prior experience is needed.
