A hands-on steak class teaches fillet preparation and sauces, followed by a steak dinner, wine and dessert.
The evening starts with a welcome cocktail and ends with dining in the Pantry. The published recipes cover three steak sauces. Additional time may be needed for cooking and dining; no invented extra finish time is added.
